Custom running socks specification and factory quote review desk

Supplier matching with a controlled scope

Running Socks Factory Sourcing That Starts With the Specification

We translate a buyer request into comparable fields, identify possible suppliers and organize follow-up questions. We do not represent a factory, promise capacity or approve an item.

Prepare the RFQ

Four connected stages

From buyer inputs to comparable supplier responses

Each gate records what is fixed, what may vary and what still requires evidence. That distinction keeps an attractive sample or low unit figure from silently changing the requested scope.

01

Capture

Record intended running use, sock height, fiber target, knit zones, size system, pair quantity, decoration and US destination.

02

Normalize

Separate mandatory construction from acceptable alternatives and set the same pack, currency and freight basis for every response.

03

Screen

Ask possible suppliers to identify the manufacturer, proposed item, MOQ by variant, sample route and exact documents available.

04

Compare

Review inclusions, exclusions, tooling, sample, packaging, timing assumptions and destination scope before a buyer decides.

A sourced quotation is a supplier response, not a certification, inventory confirmation or purchasing recommendation. Buyer approval remains required.

Evidence ladder

Keep family references separate from the offered item

1. Stated requirement

The buyer specifies fiber content, construction zones, size chart target, decoration and pack basis. Open fields are visibly marked for proposal.

2. Supplier declaration

The quotation identifies the proposed composition, size system, MOQ, sample type, packaging, exclusions and manufacturer details.

3. Sample and document review

The buyer checks measurement points, fit notes, artwork placement and requested labeling information against the proposed configuration.

4. Order-specific confirmation

Final specification, approved revision, quantity allocation, trade terms and shipment documents are tied to the order. A related series sample does not close this gate.

RFQ checklist

Give suppliers the same question set

  • Pair quantities by size and color
  • Fiber percentages and acceptable alternatives
  • Cushioning, mesh and compression map
  • Decoration, pack and carton requirements
  • US destination and requested timing
