Relevant product and contact information may be shared with service providers or possible suppliers when needed to respond to a request. We do not treat a submitted requirement as evidence that a supplier has accepted it or that a product is available.

Retention and choices

Records may be retained for the sourcing conversation, legal obligations, security and operational continuity. You may use the website inquiry form to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable obligations and verification.

Benefit storage

The website uses local and session browser storage to enforce the sourcing-benefit display window and remember a ticker closure for the current session. The first-display timestamp is not reset by opening, closing or refreshing the notice.

Security and external parties

No transmission method removes every security risk. Third-party suppliers and service providers have their own practices. Do not submit payment-card numbers, passwords or unnecessary sensitive data in the requirement field.
